Internal Medicine

Dr. Angel Feliciano was born in Puerto Rico and completed his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst followed by his Doctor of Medicine at the Ponce School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. He graduated with Honors and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. It is a lifetime honor dedicated to the belief of that in the profession of medicine we will improve care for all by recognition high educational achievement, honoring gifted teaching, encouraging the development of leaders in academia and the community, supporting the ideas of humanism and promoting service to others.  He served as a Chief Resident and completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at the Long Island Hewish Hospital in New York. He then relocated to Florida where he served as a medical liaison for Sheridan Healthcare. He served as Medical Director of the Emergency Department at Bethesda East Hospital where he met Dr. Sperduto and transitioned to Primary Care and has been practicing Internal Medicine since 2003. At the same time; He continued to practice Emergency Medicine at JFK Hospital. He retired from the United Stated Army as Lieutenant Colonel and served in Germany during operation Enduring Freedom. He is happily married to Dr. Gutierrez and has three boys. He is fluent in Spanish and is currently pursuing a degree in ultrasonography. 

Dr. Joseph Sperduto was born in Staten Island, New York and completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at Florida State University followed by his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Florida. He completed his Residency at Orlando Regional Hospital and opened his practice in Delray Beach, Florida in the year 1992. He is the youngest of 3 brothers and is of Neopolitan origin. His mother and father, who came over from Italy, and mother owned and ran a Pizzeria originally in New York on Staten Island and then moved the restaurant to South Florida in 1973.  His parents have since passed away and his middle brother currently runs the restaurant in Florida. His oldest brother is a CPA.  Dr. Sperduto has 2 daughters and has been happily married since 1989.
